The chic and sophisticated family home, located in Presidio Heights and often referred to as the Garden Home, was designed by world-renowned architect Julia Morgan and is in a private, park-like garden setting. It was a full remodel, but in keeping with the First Bay Tradition of “bringing the outdoors indoors,” flowing seamlessly outdoors to the south-facing garden. The goals were to bring the home up to modern standards by enlarging the kitchen, dining, and family room spaces and enlarged the primary bedroom to allow for more living and closet space.
