This project is located on the historic lagoon of Belvedere and boasts views of both Mt Tam and the lagoon. Due to the new FEMA regulations and restrictions this home took several years to design but the attention to detail was worth it. The clients are empty nesters and long-term residents of the Tiburon area and wanted a home designed to host family gatherings and sleepovers with grandchildren. The exterior consists of board and batten, copper gutters and blue stone and the interior is furnished in a modern traditional style with a coastal feel. It includes a multitude of custom furniture pieces, area rugs and custom cabinetry throughout and each fabric was stain treated and UV protected before any upholstery took place. The clients love pattern and color and have a real appreciation for quality furnishings which made the results something we are very proud of.
