This home, located in the Peacock Gap area of San Rafael, had great bones, scale and space but was in need of a refresh. Situated on a very quiet lot overlooking a pool with citrus trees and beautiful grounds it was important that the interiors matched the sophistication of its surroundings. We elevated the architecture of the home by removing dated columns and flooring and updating cabinets, fireplaces and surrounds. The clients favored two Primary Bedrooms, one for him and one for her, allowing us to design into their preferred palettes and the two bedrooms designed for their college age daughters make them feel right at home.
